Cancellations received up to 12 weeks prior to the start of the Lab will be refunded less a €60 administration fee. Thereafter, the deposit will only be refunded if a replacement participant is named or a place is taken from the waiting list. For cancellations received less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the course, the full course fee will be charged unless a replacement participant is nominated or a place is taken from the waiting list. There will also be a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy of the accommodation provider.
